1. Age Restriction

2. Consent to Share Personal Information

By accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on our app, you consent to share your sensitive personal data or personal information and are aware of the purpose of sharing such information. Please read this carefully before using this App’s services. Do not register if you do not wish to share the mandatory personal information requested at the time of registration. The registration procedure cannot be completed until the required information in the mandatory fields is provided. Additional personal information may be requested by this App to permit you access to any Cash Games hosted by this App.

3.1 About the Game

3.2 Objective of the Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rumi Slots platform and outline your rights and obligations as a user. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and any applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.

4. Area Restriction

You are prohibited from playing cash games on this game if you are not legally competent to perform transactions in Pakistani Rupees through banking channels in Pakistan and/or if you are accessing this game from a jurisdiction where playing cash online games is not legally permitted. Any violation of this policy will be considered a breach of our Terms and as a result, your account will be locked immediately and you will not be entitled to receive any prizes or refunds from any cash games in which you might have participated on our Website/Mobile App. You undertake to abide by the local laws and regulations and will not use this game’s Services to deposit cash, withdraw cash, or participate in cash games/tournaments in any jurisdiction where it is not permitted.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Conditions for Refund

• Payment is successful but not received by the player.
• Due to app technology problems, it cannot provide game services for players for a long time.
• Due to payment errors, players pay repeatedly.

5.2 How to Request a Refund

• Contact customer service via WhatsApp or email to describe the issue.
• The customer service staff will reply as soon as possible and assist in resolving the problem.
• If your problem is not properly resolved, we will initiate a refund for you.
• Refunds will usually be returned to your account within 5 working days.

5.3 Scenarios Where Refunds Cannot Be Issued

• The recharge has been received and you have consumed part of it.
• The payment time exceeds 3 days.
• There is clear evidence that you have cheated in the game, causing harm to other players, resulting in restricted trading.

6. Termination by User

You may cease using the Services and terminate your Accounts at any time by writing to us at our provided customer service email address and informing us of your intention. Subject to applicable restrictions on Cash Withdrawals, the Company will refund the remaining amount of your Cash Balance to you at this time.

7. Cash Balance in Virtual Accounts

7.1 Participation in Cash Games

To participate in Cash Games, you must maintain a positive Cash Balance in your Accounts. The Cash Balance will consist of two components: funds in your Chips Account and funds in your Winnings and Bonus Accounts.

All credits to your Chips Account must be through third-party payment gateways available on the Platform. The Company is not responsible for authorization/denial of transactions which are subject to the terms specified by the payment gateways.

Credits in the Chips Account will be held by the Company in trust for the respective Users until deducted to enable participation in Cash Games.

All transactions on the Platform must be conducted in Pakistani Rupees.

Winnings from Cash Games will be credited to the Winnings Component of the Winnings and Bonus Account. Bonus amounts will be credited to the Bonus Component of your Winnings and Bonus Accounts.

The Company will collect and receive the winning amounts from other participants in the Cash Game and transfer them to the winner, holding them in the Winnings Component of the Winnings and Bonus Account until utilized or withdrawn.

7.2 Cash Withdrawals

Cash Withdrawals may be requested by you at any time subject to any imposed limits and terms of this Agreement. Withdrawals will be made by bank transfer to your Pakistani Rupee account. The Cash Balance does not carry any interest and withdrawals may be limited based on participation in Cash Games.

Withdrawals will only be permitted from the Winnings and Bonus Account after sufficient participation in Cash Games.

The Company may impose limits on your ability to perform cash credits or withdrawals to encourage responsible play and prevent unauthorized activity.

If you maintain a Cash Balance for over 300 days without participating in a Cash Game, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the amount in the Chips Account and refund the Winnings and Bonus Account amount to your bank account.

7.3 Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)

The Company is obligated to deduct tax at source on winnings of more than PKR 50,000 in a single game/tournament as required by Pakistani law. Winnings will be credited after deducting TDS at the applicable rate. You must possess a valid CNIC and provide the details immediately upon request. If you fail to provide valid CNIC details within 60 days of winning, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the winnings after remitting applicable TDS to the government.
